In case of any repairs/replacement of any parts of the product, this warranty shall continue thereafter and shall be applicable only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The product or its part for any period the product has not been used whether or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period and no extension of the warranty period shall be granted. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India only. The warranty is effective only on submission of original sales invoice along with duly filled warranty card. This original invoice or warranty certificate must be preserved by the customer and produced whenever required. If the product/component/part is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defect during the warranty period and under normal use, the same will be repaired or replaced upon production of this warranty certificate without charges either for part or labour or both. The decision of Kerovit official will be final for determining whether or not the fault qualifies for warranty. Warranty is invalid and ineffective, if the products are not installed according to the instruction manual or the product is found tempered/misused or any warranty norms are violated or the breakdown is not arising out of manufacturing defect but due to external reason such as: masonry, water impurities, electrical, plumbing error, water hardness beyond permissible limits, inadequate or excessive water pressure, usage of abrasive cleaners, ammonia, bleach, acid, wax, alcohol, solvent or any other non-recommended items on product, or improper care and cleaning of the product. The warranty applies only if the product has been used at all times in strict accordance with terms of this warranty and has not been improperly or negligently handled and is maintained in accordance to maintenance guidelines given. In the event of non-availability of components or parts due to any reason whatsoever, Kerovit or its Authorized Service Provider or the Dealer will not be responsible or liable for any delay that may be caused to service/repair of the products: no claims financial or otherwise will be entertained. In the event that the same model or colour is not available for replacement, Kerovit or its Authorized Service Franchisee will replace the defective product with an equivalent model or colour. The company is not liable for any special or consequential damages due to defective product/component or part thereof. In no event shall the liability of Kerovit exceed the purchase price of the product. By purchasing this product, customer is agreeing to Kerovit's aforesaid warranty on the product. Company may, at its discretion, retain any part or component replaced during the warranty period. Kerovit shall not be liable to Customer claiming the warranty under the terms of condition of this Limited Warranty Certificate, arising out of defects caused by rodents/pets or in the events of force majeure. The Force Majeure means any disaster, act of God or the public enemy, any accident, explosion, lockout, strike, labour conditions, unavoidable accident, fire, storm, flood, earthquake, electric storms, tornado, casualty, nuclear explosion, national calamity, or any other circumstance or event or by any enactment of law, or by order of any legally constituted authority, or by any other similar cause beyond the reasonable control of the party. Kerovit’s liability will be limited and restricted to the product replacement/value of the product sold, Kerovit will not uninstall any defective product or install a replaced product under all circumstances. If replacement is the only option, then customer will have to handover the defective product to the seller from whom it was purchased and get that replacement of the product. This warranty automatically expires after completion of period mentioned in the warranty chart irrespective of the installation date. Company is not liable for any implied warranties other than those mentioned in the T&C of the warranty. Warranty does not cover the taxes levied on the parts supplied or repaired during warranty period. Inline filters should be used with faucets. Any damage to ceramic cartridges without the use of inline filters will not be covered under warranty. In the event of limestone and particles accumulated on aerator jali or fitting disc or found water hardness beyond the permissible limit, the Kerovit product will not be covered under warranty. The product is not installed/used according to the instruction given in instruction/installation manual. Site conditions, where the product is installed, do not conform to the recommended operating conditions of the product as specified in the instruction manual of the product (supplied along with the product). Defect(s) caused by improper use & negligent handling, as determined by the company. Defect is caused due to the cause beyond reasonable control like lightening, acts of god, abnormal water supply/pressure or while in transit from dealer's outlet to purchaser's residence. Benefits of warranty can only be availed subject to verification of invoice and warranty card by the company. Customers are therefore required to keep the original invoice and warranty card of product safely. The company shall make its best endeavour to provide onsite warranty services but due to unavoidable/exceptional circumstances the product may be required for offsite inspection at company's service centre/service centre of company's authorized service associate. For all units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the company's service centre/service centre of company's authorized service associate, the expenses incurred with regards to deputing the service personnel towards to & from travel, conveyance and other incidental expenses etc. will be borne by customer. In the event of repair/replacement of any parts of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement in transit, whether under the warranty or otherwise, shall not be excluded from the warranty period. The company and its authorized service centre/authorized service associate reserves the right to retain any parts or components replaced, at its discretion, in the event of a defect noticed in the product during the warranty period. Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of Kerovit alone. In case the replacement of the entire unit is being made, (subject to the sole discretion of Kerovit), the same model shall be replaced and in the event such model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with the model of an equivalent price at the time of purchase. The company will make every effort to carry out repairs at the earliest within a reasonable period of time. However, it is expressly clear that the company is under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time. This warranty shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the product. The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of defective parts/product only under the warranty period. The warranty does not cover any accessories external to the product. After completion of warranty period, in case of any defect, standard part charges will be charged from customer as per prevailing rates of the company.
